Welcome to Vaani Cr8! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Vaani Cr8's 3D Printing & Fabrication Services.
1. Quotations and Orders
All prices provided in quotations for custom 3D printing, prototyping, corporate gifts, and engineering models are subject to project requirements, dimensions, and material choices. Production begins after order confirmation and agreement on design specifications.
2. Design Specifications & Tolerances
Customers are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, 3D files (STL/OBJ/STEP), or clear photos for custom design requests. Minor dimensional variations inherent to 3D printing processes (FDM/SLA) are standard industry tolerances.
3. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Estimated production and turnaround times provided during quotation are estimates. While we strive for fast turnaround, delivery schedules may depend on design complexity, bulk quantities, and courier delivery times.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for custom orders must be completed according to agreed terms prior to dispatch of products unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate bulk orders.
